A little about Scott ...

Scott is thankful every day for the very blessed life he has lived thus far. As a 6th generation Coloradoan and 3rd generation Denverite, he grew up in a successful real estate development family in Houston and Breckenridge. Living life to its fullest was instilled into him by his parents at an early age of 5 by teaching him how to ski, fish, golf, travel, as well as how to provide service to his community. Since then, Scott has lived, built, played, and served all around in Colorado such as Steamboat, Evergreen, St. Mary's, Winter Park, and Denver, as well as Los Cabos, Mexico.

As an avid outdoorsman and sportsman who grew up at The Woodlands and Walden on Lake Conroe, TX, an award-winning golf course community on a 22,000-acre lake, Scott was able to experience all that life has to offer from an early age and he has never taken this for granted. After extensive travel, exploring, and playing all over the world, Scott always gravitates back to the Rockies and the Baja.

Scott is an active participant in the exponentially evolving Denver Residential and Commercial landscapes. Scott has firsthand experience with the fluctuation in the Denver area real estate, job, and employment market over the years, as well as property values in your area of town.
