As an Engel & Völkers advisor, Max Engelhardt prides himself on creating strong relationships with his clients. Supporting you to achieve your dreams is evident in how he connects and gets to know you personally. As a proud Colorado native, Max knows Colorado better than most and has spent his life as an active community leader, explorer, and photographer in this beautiful state. He’s even been an active investor in real estate for decades.
Max earned his degree in History and Geology from the University of Northern Colorado and has a Master’s Degree in educational leadership from Grand Canyon University. He has been involved in school districts around the state as a teacher, principal, school board president, and at one point, owned his own successful firm as an educational consultant. He knows the schools and neighborhoods that fit your family’s unique needs. Serving as a Chamber of Commerce President, he brought in many new businesses to Colorado and hosted many community events. As an entrepreneur, he helped establish a major telemedicine company and helped guide its growth, negotiating a corporate merger in 2018. He delights in negotiation and would love the opportunity to negotiate for you.
His knowledge of history and love of our beautiful home state is contagious. His grandfather worked as a waiter at the Brown Palace Hotel in Downtown Denver for over forty years. He served William Cody (Buffalo Bill), countless dignitaries, and the Beatles. Max’s grandfather instilled in him the desire to listen attentively and care for others with a high level of respect and compassion. In his spare time, Max and his family enjoy hiking, rafting, horseback riding, and fishing in all corners of Colorado. He’s traveled extensively in Europe, Latin America, and Africa and has managed to maintain international contacts in order to enhance the lifestyle brand Engel & Völkers represents.
Trust the power of a native to help you sell or find your next home. As an Engelhardt, Max adds “heart” to Engel & Völkers.
